Shipping policy

MacaronMaestro does not currently offer carrier shipping for our products. Due to the perishable and delicate nature of our desserts, online orders must be picked up in-store at our designated pickup location unless local delivery has been expressly arranged with us in advance.
We take great care to prepare and package our products so they are fresh and in good condition at the time of pickup or approved local delivery.
Once an order has been picked up, delivered, or otherwise received, the customer is responsible for proper handling and storage. We are not responsible for spoilage, melting, damage, quality issues, or missed communications caused by delayed pickup, inability to receive delivery, incorrect contact or delivery information, exposure to heat, failure to refrigerate or properly store products, or failure to follow storage or handling instructions.
For special large orders, catering requests, or approved local delivery inquiries, please contact us at contact@macaronmaestro.com before placing your order. Local delivery, when available, is offered on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
Issues involving damaged, incorrect, or materially incomplete orders must be reported according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
